The stored product EN590 (ULSD) is freely transferable and may be assigned to a third party upon written instruction
from the registered product owner, LLP KHEPRI ZHER, subject to prior notification and verification by
CVS-INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM LLC Tank Terminals Rotterdam and inspection confirmation by SGS Nederland B.V..
Any transfer of title or tank allocation shall be executed under a valid Assignment of Rights & Transfer Authorization Letter (ATV) endorsed by both the depositor and the terminal authority.
Encumbrance Status
The above product is confirmed to be free from any lien, pledge, or encumbrance and has not been used as collateral or under any form of financial obligation to any third party as of the date of this Tank Storage Receipt. Ownership remains exclusively vested in LLP KHEPRI ZHER until otherwise transferred under written authorization.
Loading Port / Vessel Allocation Reference
The stored quantity of 107,400 metric tons (≈ 130,000 CBM) is allocated for future loading and lifting at CVS-INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM LLC Tank, Botlek Port of Rotterdam, under Tank Allocation Reference No.: TNK/ROT/EN590/2510/65224-CVS. Loading shall be carried out under terminal supervision with SGS attendance during all transfer operations.
Remarks / Observations
Tanks inspected and certified to be in excellent operational condition with no signs of contamination, leakage, or water ingress. All measurements recorded are traceable to calibration certificates issued under ISO 7507-1 / API MPMS Chapter 2.2A standards.
