1. Coverage Details

1.1 Product Quality Guarantee:

  • All products sold are guaranteed to meet the agreed-upon specifications as outlined in the contract or purchase agreement.
  • In the event of non-compliance with specifications, we will offer either:
    • Replacement of the product.
    • Full refund for the affected consignment.

1.2 Delivery Assurance:

  • Shipments are insured against loss, damage, or theft during transportation until they reach the delivery point specified in the agreement.
  • If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed timeline due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work to expedite resolution, including financial compensation where applicable.

1.3 Risk Coverage:

  • Coverage includes protection against natural disasters, accidents, or damages incurred during transport or storage under our custody.
  • Buyers will not bear any liability for these risks during the insured period.

2. Claims Process

2.1 Reporting an Issue:

  • Buyers must report any issue related to product quality, quantity, or damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Reports should include:
    • Purchase details (invoice, product type, batch number, etc.).
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Photographic evidence, if applicable.

2.2 Investigation and Resolution:

  • Upon receiving a claim, our team will initiate an investigation within 7 business days.
  • Depending on the findings, we will resolve the claim through one of the following:
    • Product replacement.
    • Refund of payment.
    • Compensation for delivery delays.

3. Exclusions

The Buyer Insurance Policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Claims submitted beyond the specified reporting period.
  • Losses arising from events outside the agreed terms, such as buyer negligence or third-party mishandling.

4. General Terms

4.1 Policy Validity:

  • This policy applies to all purchases made under a valid contract with Cela Va Sans International Petroleum.

4.2 Insurance Costs:

  • The cost of coverage is included in the product price unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

4.3 Dispute Resolution:

  • In case of disputes, resolution will be conducted in accordance with international trade laws and the terms outlined in the purchase contract.
